About Aldon Computer Group
Aldon Computer Group, now a business unit of Rocket Software, develops, manufactures, licenses and supports software change management products for the enterprise application lifecycle management (ALM) and software change management (SCM) markets.
Objectives
Ronald Putt, VP of Sales, had the overall objective of creating a highly productive sales culture. He said he needed a way:
- To ensure that his Board and Executive team were aligned with his sales operation to optimize their support. and culture to fully support his sales operation.
- To achieve Aldon’s aggressive growth goals, and do so in a measurable and sustainable fashion.
- To help his sellers better align with their buyers, make effective calls above the power line, develop needs with Aldon’s differentiators, win deals when they were not first in, and better manage, qualify, and shorten sell cycles.
